Welcome to our new look!

Greetings!
For all of our new visitors, glad you stopped by. For our loyal followers, we have made the switchover to this user-friendly WordPress platform so that I can share my Recipes for Body, Mind & Spirit with you regularly. Hope you like the new look and format. Bear with us as my fearless crew and I import lots of vital articles and recipes from the old site and continue optimizing the pages and appearance.
We are launching the new look in time for my most recent appearance on The Daytime Show, Thursday, July 14th. Check their site to find the time and station that may be airing this segment. http://daytimeonline.tv/about.htm In the next few days we will have a video clip available if you missed this segment – I am making a vegan brunch of sweet vanilla nut milk and a “TLT” (Tempeh, Lettuce and Tomato) sandwich for the charming and lovely host, Cyndi Edwards. You can find some of my former Daytime apperances on the Press page.
My goal for this blog is to provide you with a steady stream of ideas, techniques, words of wisdom, recipes and coaching that bring balance and sanity to a fast-paced, information-intensive and often confusing world. When we focus exclusively on one area of life, the other parts become lopsided; In my own life I began a spiritual sojourn in my adolescence, explored mind mastery for over a quarter of a century, and over the past 5 years or so, my “final frontier” has been to bring the body into alignment. These Recipes for Body, Mind and Spirit will always come from the heart and from my own experience. I welcome your feedback and suggestions.

Cornucopia: “Horn of Plenty”; symbol of abundance, fruitfulness and fertility; Our goal at Raw Fusion Living is to provide you with a cornucopia of delightful treats, useful tools, inspiration and a few moments respite to transport you from “busyness” to “beingness”
Many thanks to Maja Fisher and Cortney Cameron for your brilliant creative input and technological savvy on our “new look launch!”
