Healthy Holiday Menu Event to Benefit Metropolitan Ministries

Free Event in St. Petersburg next Wednesday (11/9) evening:

If you are wondering how you can stay on track with your healthy intentions this holiday season, here’s an event that will show you several delicious, nutritious options that will tantalize your palate and astound your friends and family.

If you have to bring a dish to a business or family gathering, Dr. LJ will show you how to make several Raw Fusion dishes that are also Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free and Allergy-Friendly – in this day and age, bringing something that is healthy, allergy-conscious and still exploding with phenomenal flavors, you will be the hit of the party!

Wednesday, November 9th between 5-7 pm.  This is a free event in St. Petersburg at the charming Grand Kitchen and Bath, 2600 4th Street North (33704) but we are asking for a few canned or packaged food donations that will be given to Metropolitan Ministries of St. Petersburg.  Dr. Rose will donate a portion of her Raw Fusion: Better Living Through Living Foods book sales from this event to Metropolitan Ministries.
