The Loop is the official blog of the Natural Wellness Academy and has been in continuous publication since 2013. We specialize in sharing uplifting, informational posts that inspire and educate wellness coaches, professionals and students around the world. We also share announcements regarding Academy happenings.

Submissions
Our website is highly ranked in search engines and receives hundreds of targeted visits each day by learners seeking to further their wellness knowledge. Publishing in The Loop is a great way to establish expertise, increase your audience, and drive impactful backlinks to your website.
Any relevant, high quality wellness-related content will receive serious consideration for publication, but Academy students, alums, and mentors receive highest priority. External content may be subject to a nominal processing charge before publication is approved, at the sole discretion of the Editorial Board. For examples of the content we publish, we recommend reviewing previous posts. Our features include:
- Healthful recipes
- Coaching case studies (with personally identifying information removed)
- Updates on trends
- Syntheses of research or information
- Wellness activity how-tos
- Seasonal celebrations
- Memoirs and reflections
Posts do not need to be long. Three paragraphs is a reasonable minimum, one if accompanied by a video, but content is considered on a piece-specific basis. Note that we only consider fully completed posts. To preserve the integrity of our publication, we do not accept blatantly promotional content. However, authors are highly encouraged to include a short bio that will be published with their article, including up to three links to their personal or business websites. Additionally, a reasonable number of relevant links embedded contextually within the article are allowed.

Editor-in-Chief
LindaJoy Rose, PhD is a therapist, author, professional speaker, international trainer, and Academy founder with over 25 years of experience. Her eight books include Raw Fusion Living: Recipes for Healthy Eating, Natural Weight Loss & Anti-Aging, Your Mind: The Owner’s Manual, and Parallel Lives: Exploring Your Quantum Selves. She contributes regularly to The Huffington Post and has frequently starred as a Healthy Living Expert on eHow.com and Tampa NBC affiliate Daytime TV. Dr. Rose currently serves as the Director of the Natural Wellness Academy, which she founded in 2013.
Associate Editors
Denise Montgomery is an author and editor with more than 25 years of editorial experience. She operates Caston Stone Media, providing ghostwriting, freelance content production, book coaching, and instructional design services. Her most recent book is Me and My Shadow: A Companion to Working with the Golden Emotions Deck. Denise holds a BA in psychology and communication arts and an MA in English with an emphasis in creative writing. Denise serves as an instructor in the Spiritual Wellness Specialist certification program.
Cortney Cameron has extensive experience with scientific and technical writing, authoring various peer reviewed and technical reports. Additionally, she is the lead author of the best-selling nature therapy deck Nature Therapy Walks: 22 Sensory Activities to Enjoy in Nature for Wellbeing and two nature-themed illustrated children’s books, Atlas and the Lucky Flower and Look, a Bee! Her poems and memoirs have been featured in various outlets. She is the lead writer for the Catians comic series, published by Scout Comics. Cortney developed and serves as the lead instructor for the Nature Therapy Guide certification program.
