Two ways to deepen your work with neurodivergent adults.
Three reasons people come to us — and where each tends to lead.
Building a coaching practice from the ground up
You want full, foundational training as a coach — with neurodivergence woven through every stage, not added on afterwards — and you're happy setting your own pace.
→ Points toward CNDLCLayering ND expertise onto existing practice
You're already a coach, therapist, or allied-health professional, and want focused, credentialed neuro-affirming specialisation — ideally alongside others on the same journey.
→ Points toward CNASSupporting ND adults in a wider role
Peer supporters, educators, and anyone who works alongside neurodivergent adults and wants real, practical grounding — either route works well here, depending how you like to learn.
→ Either can fitDifferent journeys — each ending in its own, separate certification.
CNDLC
Certified Neurodivergence Life Coach
🎓Certifies as: Neurodivergence Life CoachThe deepest, most complete route through the material. CNDLC is built to let you follow the intricate, connecting web of neurodivergence as far as your own interest takes you. It's self-study in structure, but not in practice — it comes with a genuinely hands-on mentoring process throughout: every piece of work you submit is personally reviewed, and two 1:1 sessions with your mentor are built into the programme.
- Full, foundational coach training with neurodivergence built in throughout
- Greatest depth — go as far into the material as you're drawn to
- Study at your own pace, on your own schedule
- Every piece of work reviewed, plus two included 1:1 mentoring sessions
CNAS
Certified Neuro-Affirming Specialist
🎓Certifies as: Neuro-Affirming SpecialistBorn from a fast-track pilot built to support CNDLC candidates who struggled to keep momentum alone — it worked so well it became a certification in its own right. CNAS is live and group-based, layering focused ND specialisation onto coaching, therapeutic, or allied-health experience you already have. It brings a real, practical focus on communication and language skills, and a peer group that many candidates find deepens their understanding in ways solo study can't reach.
- A genuine focus on communication and language skills that support ND people — as valid in life generally as within coaching
- A peer group to learn and grow alongside — candidates often describe a profound, shared depth of understanding here
- Six structured, live sessions over a defined timeframe
- Course-mates can partner and swap for volunteer practice
A quick way to tell which certification fits you.
