Grace’s journey begins in the small town of Carthage in Northern New York. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from St. Lawrence University and a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Monmouth University. Grace has over 20 years of experience working with the chronically mentally ill, substance abuse, at-risk youth, geriatric, homeless and AIDS populations in New York City. She is currently an executive level director of the nonprofit organization Legacy Treatment Services and has lived and worked at the Jersey Shore for over 15 years. Everything comes full circle, and come springtime of 2021, Grace will be returning to her roots of Upstate New York to officially launch her business Zen in the Adirondacks, a Wellness Retreat combining Nature Therapy, Shinrin Yoku, Yoga, and a number of different modalities all on 16 acres of magical land she privately owns. She is very excited to have completed this certification and is looking forward to continuing to do wonderful things as a proud member of this Academy.
