How to Use the Module
This is a relaxing session designed to communicate positive messages to your subconscious mind. Feel free to listen through the entire recording so that you are convinced that all of the suggestions are in your best interest. 🙂 The goal of the module is to keep your proactive behavior going by programming your subconscious.
The best way to use the module is at a time when you will be undisturbed for at least 20 minutes. Lying down or in an easy chair are the best positions to facilitate the self-hypnosis. You will not go unconscious or be under anyone’s control. You may fall asleep if you are deeply relaxed but your subconscious will still receive the suggestions. Listen to this module whenever you’d like; when you use it with consistency (especially over a 21 day period), it will be much more effective
