Estefania Valencia (Estef) — Mentor

Estefania’s passion for holistic wellness was born from personal experience. Through her recovery from Lyme disease and witnessing the transformative role cannabis and holistic healing practices played in both her own healing and her mother’s recovery from a life-changing spinal injury, she discovered the body’s incredible ability to heal when given the right support. Those experiences inspired her to dedicate her life to educating and empowering others to reconnect with their bodies, trust their inner wisdom, and cultivate lasting health through holistic wellness. With eight years of teaching experience in yoga, breathwork, meditation, and cannabis education, Estefania has guided hundreds of individuals in developing practical tools for lasting wellness. She is a Certified Cannabis Coach, Certified Spiritual Wellness Life Coach, Certified Holistic Health Coach, and holds an Essential Hypnotherapy Skills Certification. She is also an experienced cannabis compliance professional, wellness educator, and retreat facilitator.
